This hotel features spacious rooms with good staff who were responsive and helpful. the in-house tea and milk kitchen is a plus, and the gypsy for sightseeing is convenient. the toilets are large and seem luxurious, and there is lift access for senior citizens.

One aspect that could be improved is the lack of a proper restaurant or dining area on the premises.

We had a comfortable stay at Hotel Rock View. The spacious rooms provided a relaxing environment for our family. The staff was helpful and responsive to our needs. The Gypsy service offered by Mr. Sudhanshu Sahu made sightseeing convenient. The hotel's lift facility was greatly appreciated, especially for our elderly family members. The toilets were large and luxurious, giving us a royal feel. It was a great experience overall at Rock View.

There were a few minor issues during our stay at Rock View. The flush handles were broken in two of the rooms, and the shower system in another room was not functioning properly.
